Why
am I unable to connect? |

Double
check whether you have entered
the username and/ or
password correctly. As the
usernames and passwords are
unique, they are very case
sensitive.

Have
you turn ON your Wireless Enabled
Facility? The activation
of the Wireless Enabled facility
is varied throughout personal
laptops across different brand.
Most Toshiba recent products
locate the Wireless enabled
button at the left side of
your laptop (near the battery
power light). Once you have
turned that ON, an orange
light will automatically glow.
Otherwise,
go to Start, Control Panel
and click on the Network and
Internet Connections. Click
on the Wireless Network Setup
Wizard…

your personal laptop
before repeating the above

not,
